  1. Shipping Carrier: We offer the best delivery options for all packages to our customers.

  2. Order Processing Time:

    • All orders typically ship within 2 business days, with the exception of:
      • Items that require embroidery, which may have a longer processing time.
      • Holiday seasons, where there may be slight delays due to increased order volume.

  3. Shipping Destinations and Rates:

    • All deliveries typically arrive between 3-5 days after the carrier scans your package.
    • Additional Shipping Options:
      • Hawaii & Alaska: Available for $150.00.

  4. International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  5. Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Ensure you provide a physical address for accurate delivery.

  6. Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date mailing addresses.Β Ultimate Sack will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for repurchasing it from FedEx and covering the reshipment costs.

  7. Military Addresses (APO): If the address during checkout does not populate, we can not ship to the APO address.

  8. Order Processing and Delivery:

    • Order Processing: We process orders as promptly as possible. You will receive an email notification once your order is printed and sent to our warehouse for packing.
    • Typical Shipping Time: In most cases, items will ship within 3-7 business days, but please be aware that this may vary during peak times.
    • Holidays: We do not ship orders on US holidays.
    • Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 1-7 days for delivery based on your location.

  9. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, we are able to cancel it. However if the item is already loaded onto a truck there will be a few days between canceling and refunding your order.Β
