Excellent Seating!
I bought this ULTIMATE SAC 6000 for my babe because she is always squatting awkwardly in her office chair and it was clearly not good for her back.
After receiving the package (I have no idea how long it took to get here, but every day I waited patiently for the sac to arrive) and opening the box (it was a little torn at the side but the interior packaging protected the sac) I was able to fluff up the beanbag to about 50% of its advertised height. I had read on the NYT wirecutter that it takes a couple of days for it to fluff up to the advertised height, however the sac looked sooo comfy so I sat in it a little bit. A day or two passes and my babe comes over and I surprise her with the sac. She starts bawling her eyes out because she's wanted the ULTIMATE SAC 6000 since she saw an advertisement for it on Google earlier this year. I was very proud of my purchase :).
However, something was a little bit off...
The ULTIMATE SAC 6000 was a little bit big... like bigger than the advertised proportions. I looked online at all the marketing material and people showing off their sacs, and it looked like the sac I purchased was about 1.5x bigger than it was supposed to be. I didn't think much of it at the time... how wrong I was.
My girlfriend took it home with her in the back of her dad's pickup truck (it was overflowing) and I didn't hear from her for a couple of days (highly unusual).

Great Chair & Footstool with AMAZING customer service!
I purchased the 6000 in Alabaster for my husband's Christmas gift. Unfortunately when FedEx delivered the box it was highly damaged and missing the cover. I emailed customer service and had a response I n less than 10 minutes and they were wonderful and shipped a new cover that arrived in less than a week (days before Christmas). It was amazing to have prompt and personal service that didn't have to go through a robot. My husband loves his chair... although I think he has to fight the kids for his turn in it. The chair is very cozy and a new house favorite.
