At Ultimate Sack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have partnered with ReDo, a hassle-free return and exchange service, to provide you with a seamless experience. All returns and exchanges will be processed through ReDo, ensuring convenience and peace of mind for our customers.

Option 1: Free Returns and Exchanges with ReDo

When you shop with us, you have the advantage of free returns and exchanges through ReDo. Here's what you can expect:

  • Free Returns: You can return your product for any reason within 15 days from the date of delivery, even if it's customized (embroidered). We'll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Free Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged product due to shipping, we will replace it at our expense. ReDo will also handle the exchange process for you.

  • Easy Process: Simply initiate your return or exchange through the ReDo app on our website, and they will guide you through the steps. ReDo will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Option 2: Standard Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges, including those for customers who did not add ReDo to their order, will be processed through ReDo. Here's our standard return and exchange policy:

  • Returns: You can return non-customized products within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. However, customized products (such as embroidered items) are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at our expense. For all other exchanges, the return shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer.

  • Condition: Regardless of the option chosen, all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that all returns and exchanges, whether you added ReDo to your order or not, will be seamlessly processed through the ReDo platform. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

*To be eligible for a return the Sack needs to be cleaned and undamaged.

Uncleaned means: smelly, pet hair, spills, etc.

Making a Return

If the Sack out of the box, follow the steps below:

  1. Empty out and discard all shredded foam.
  2. Place the Colored Outer Cover & White Canvas Inner Liner into a box
  3. Print Original Email Confirmation Letter (From Post Order) and Place in Box. Label it "Return"
  4. Go to the nearest FedEx/UPS location
  5. Ship to this address:

If the Sack is still in the box, follow the steps below:

  1. Print Confirmation Email and Put into Box
  2. Go to the nearest Fedex/UPS location
  3. Ship Box back to this address:

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.
