RETURNS
Return Policy
We will accept returns for a full refund within 15 days past delivery if the product is not customized (embroidered). Customized products are non-refundable. If the product is defective or damaged due to shipping when it arrives we will replace the damaged item at our expense, otherwise the return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition.
Making a Return
If the Sack out of the box, follow the steps below:
- Empty out and discard all shredded foam.
- Place the Colored Outer Cover & White Canvas Inner Liner into a box
- Print Original Email Confirmation Letter (From Post Order) and Place in Box. Label it “Return”
- Go to the nearest FedEx/UPS location
- Ship to this address:

If the Sack is still in the box, follow the steps below:
- Print Confirmation Email and Put into Box
- Go to the nearest Fedex/UPS location
- Ship Box back to this address:

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.
EXCHANGE
Making an Exchange:
If you are looking to make an exchange for a different size, please email us at support@ultimatesack.com:
Please send back the item you wish to exchange following these directions:
- Empty out and discard all shredded foam. (If exchanging Size)
