Your order typically takes a few days to add to your account. It will be loaded in by the time it arrives.
Our system only allows one code per transaction. Your points when redeemed generate a code for a discount. Therefore a coupon code & your points can not be redeemed together.
First, look at your order and confirm which email address you used. This is the account that order is under. If you would like us to combine account points if you have two emails, we can do so. Just send us an email on the contact us page.
The reason your points are not in there for the referral is most likely due to your friend not using the discount code provided when they landed on our site. This system provides a unique code to be used in order to track everything. We can add these points, we just need you and your friends emails to do some investigative work.
If you have an email that says you have points, but may have not yet created an account. Scroll up on this page, and "Register" for an account. Then you are all good to go!
